Black Rhino Catering Head Chef, Oscar Spearmon has over 40 years of experience in the Food Service Industry. Chef Oscar gained his skill set by traveling to New Orleans and training under Paul Prudhomme & Lu. He began building the Black Rhino Catering Company in 2000 alone side Nathan Spearmon, Co-Owner.
